Pricing & Procurement Analyst – Regio Antwerpen-Centrum

The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement of seafreight and landfreight services, including drayage and trucking, as well as managing cold storage operations. This role also encompasses inside sales responsibilities, such as creating and follow up of offers/quotes for both existing and potential customers.


• Procure seafreight and landfreight services, negotiating contracts and rates to ensure competitive service offerings.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and cold storage facilities to optimize logistics operations.

• Prepare and follow up on quotes/offers, aiming to convert inquiries into sales.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the smooth execution of transport plans, from origin to destination.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the transport of temperature-controlled goods.


• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Open and clear communication (presentation abilities could come handy).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Some Microsoft/software experience.
